The group works closely with members of the Corporate and Tax Group to provide long-term tax planning services for individual clients with closely held business interests and employee compensation packages. In addition, lawyers in the group manage complicated estate and trust administrations and counsel clients in the establishment and maintenance of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, proper beneficiary designations, charitable trusts and foundations.
