The Zoning and Land Use Planning Group advises developers, corporations, partnerships and individual property owners in all aspects of land use regulation and represents their interests before all municipal land use commissions, conservation and wetlands commissions and other municipal agencies. 

The group works closely with the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Group to provide developers and other clients with comprehensive legal counseling with respect to land use and other real estate development issues.  The group also represents clients in condemnation cases and other municipal law matters.
