The Executive Compensation Group represents employers and corporate executives, senior management, media executives and talent in a variety of employment related matters, including executive compensation arrangements, employment agreements, benefit analyses, design and implementation, including phantom equity plans, SERPs and other benefit arrangements.  The group also represents executives in severance and termination arrangements and negotiations.
