The Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Finance Group specializes in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of sophisticated commercial, real estate and asset-based financing transactions, credit enhancements and loan sales, restructurings and workouts.  The group also specializes in merchant bankcard law, as well as other areas within the electronic payments continuum.

The group’s clients include multi-state financial institutions, business entities engaged in commercial loan origination, payment processors, independent sales organizations, sales representatives and merchants.  In addition to its transaction work, the group is actively engaged in ongoing counseling with its clients with respect to banking, creditors’ rights, commercial law and merchant bankcard issues.
